Working on a high profile site in Central London, this client facing role will focus on supporting in all areas relating to health, safety and fire management. As part of this role you will be required to ensure the maintenance of all client works access control systems, in addition to the following duties:
Responsible for co-ordination of the Permit to Work System Undertake programme of Health and Safety / Fire Safety Audits across London Campus Operations in accordance to an agreed schedule. Provide general Health and Safety Advice and support to all property related operations. Develop and deliver client inductions to all new contractors prior to them starting work, using the standard induction format. Experience and skills required: All candidates applying should hold either the NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate as a minimum requirement. A recognised professional qualification in Fire Safety In-depth knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Proven track record in working within a full time health and safety role Proven history of Fire Safety experience, preferably with-in the Fire Brigade or Armed Forces or Fire Engineering Environment.
