In particular to help ensure that cruise operating standards and work practices comply with relevant public health legislation, the company standards and to help safeguard the public health and also safety of passengers. You will require an Advanced or Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (from the CIEH or other recognised body) or equivalent and proven post qualification experience in a relevant food safety enforcement role.
