Health and Safety Advisor - Luton

Our client based in Luton is actively seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to direct, support, train and advise Council managers on the implementation of the Council’s Health and Safety Policies and Strategy.
Duties include:
•Delivering a proactive consultancy service which will effectively assess, prevent and resolve complex health and safety issues.
•Researching new health and safety legislation
•Undertaking regular, planned health and safety inspections for all Council owned premises
•Undertaking a broad range of specialised risk assessments across diverse work situations and environments

To be able to apply for this position you should have experience within health and safety. You must hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. You will ideally hold a CRB.

This role is a part time role, the client is open and flexible with the hours you want to work.
