CDM Co-ordinator

Global Project Management Consultancy requires a CDM Co-ordinator for their office in Surrey. This is a great opportunity to join a small highly motivated and dedicated team of health and safety professionals. You will be a key member of this team delivering a highly professional service to their many clients.

You will carry out the duties of the CDM Coordinator as defined under the construction regulations whilst keeping a full awareness of current and appropriate legislation. You will have experience of working as a CDM Co-ordinator within a Consultancy environment and be able to interpret design briefs and identify, collate and present information which defines project risks. You will have a detailed knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2007 and be experienced in design and construction management processes.

You require the Nebosh Construction Certificate and ideally a surveying or design qualification. Ideally you will have a Membership of the Association for Project Safety (APS) and/or the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH). This position requires you to be a consultant and have a consultative approach when working with their clients. You also require a background within construction as the clients projects are all construction based.
