Quality Improvement Manager
A new career opportunity has arisen for a experienced Quality Improvement Manager based on a major manufacturing site in Norfolk. This multi-site role will report to the account manager, but will have a dotted line into the client to ensure that we deliver a consistent and effective set of standards, processes and systems. The individual will lead the site management team through the change programme required to ensure GMP and CW3 becomes an enduring quality process for all activities performed by the organisation and subcontractors. You will also be required to champion GMP on site and lead the activity programme to deliver lasting improvement in the factory environment and the behaviours necessary to inspire customer confidence and deliver high quality product.
Candidate specification: Knowledge of Q&FS systems (ISO 9001, BRC, HACCP and GMP). Detailed food safety knowledge – advanced food hygiene preferable (CIEH Level 4). Manufacturing process control knowledge Project Management experience. Safety knowledge – NEBOSH general certificate preferable. Lean tools and techniques, and the ability to teach others with effect.
