Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary – From £35,775 pa + car allowance

With a large and diverse property portfolio, we have a huge responsibility to ensure the safety of our residents and contractors, which is why we've created the key new position of Construction Health and Safety Manager.

Playing a pivotal role in our newly created Asset Services team, you’ll lead the shaping our Health and Safety policy, and manage the entire range of Health and Safety activities across AmicusHorizon in respect of property, CDM, resident and Asset Management issues. You will also liaise with the organizations Health & Safety Manager on other business-wide safety issues, including training.

You'll ideally have a recognised health & safety qualification and a background in housing or construction. You're likely to be a experienced Health & Safety practitioner with a proven track record of delivery and relevant expertise in the construction environment. Customer focused and an influential and persuasive communicator, you'll build strong relationships from Board level to customers, promote ideas, affect policy and drive engagement with Health and Safety
