Durham University Estates Safety & Environment Manager Estates & Buildings £36,715 - £ 43,840 per annum An exciting and challenging post exists for an experienced, dynamic individual to lead in the effective delivery of safety and environmental issues in the Department. The successful candidate will be expected to support operational managers ensuring effective management of health and safety; develop and maintain departmental procedures; implement all University policies and strategies. The postholder will also develop, in conjunction with the Environmental Sustainability Advisory Group (E.S.A.G), environmental and sustainability policies, practices and procedures, including environmental and sustainability audits, risk assessments, waste management and recycling.
