one2one are currently working in partnership with an organisation who are looking to evolve and expand their team within Purchasing, Health and Safety and Facilities. A Deputy Head of Facilities is required to join the existing team to give additional support to the Head of Facilities. Main responsibilities will be to oversee the management of the central purchasing and administrative functions. To work with the Head of Facilities in the acquisition , relocation and fitting out of new properties. To line manage , supervise and develop personnel under direct control, including regular supervisions meetings and annual development and performance reviews, setting objectives and regular review of objectives set. Overseeing the procurement of goods and services to meet the administrative and operational needs of the organisation by negotiating the most favourable contract terms and conditions and achieve best value. NEBOSH and CIPS at certificate level is required for this role. Key attributes and skills required are to be a team Player, Pro-active, staff management experience, Health and Safety knowledge, report writing and flexibility to offer support where needed.
