Connexions Cheshire & Warrington provides Integrated Youth Support Services for all young people aged 13 – 19. We are currently looking to recruit the following to join our team.

Salary: Grade D £21,238 - £22,658 p.a.
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Temporary for 7 months (may extend)
Education Business Plus organises work experience opportunities for young people across Cheshire and Warrington. We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Health and Safety Professional to ensure work placement opportunities safeguard the health and safety of young people aged 14-16.
The role involves planning and arranging a daily programme of health and safety visits to employers in an allocated local authority area, (Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester or Warrington); to conduct visits, assess health and safety and support employers in making appropriate arrangements when working with young people; to maintain and update visit records; work with team members to communicate the opportunities to schools and young people.
Appropriately qualified applicants will hold the NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent and will have experience of undertaking risk assessments in workplace environments. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage own workload to meet deadlines and IT literacy are essential. The post requires a current clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
