Divisional HSE & Audit Manager required for a large provider of energy solutions throughout the UK. You will support and the implementation of the group requirements for the business management system which includes Health and Safety, Environmental Quality and Information Security management system within the division. You will be intended to provide divisional leadership, support the DMD and coordinate HS and E activities within the Division with particular focus on standards for sub-contractor management and contractual compliance. You will report to the HSQE Director and provide risk management leadership and support, support the delivery of effective emergency planning and business continuity within the division. Own the BS EN ISO 90012000, OHSAS 180012007, BS EN ISO 140012000 and BS EN ISO 270012005 management system development and improvements and where appropriate certification for the division. The Divisional HSE & Audit Manager is a highly visible position within the Division and will provide a focus for all HSE activity. You will be required to work independently to tight deadlines and to establish credibility with leaders and employees within the Division as well as cross divisional. The role requires an experienced HSE professional with the ability to influence all stakeholders. You will make a major contribution to delivery of an effective risk management strategy within the division and develop the contract management strategy. You will be qualified to Nebosh Diploma or equivalent and being CMIOSH would be highly beneficial. Being a Qualified OHSAS18001 or ISO14001 lead auditor would be a big advantage.
