Health & Safety Administrator

Hays Health & Safety are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator, you will report into the Health & Safety Manager and work as part of the Health & Safety team.


Key Accountabilities

- Issue and control Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policies and Procedures
- Manage changes and updates on the intranet system and inform staff of changes as appropriate
- Using analysis of data from spread sheets and data bases to complete management reports with tend graphs and tables
- Manage the Quality Management System and produce and update process maps as required.
- Formulating HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) monthly reports for the board and senior managers
- Control purchase orders for HSEQ Person Specification

- Competency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Self Motivated
- Adept at handling queries and problems
- Ability to analyse trends in data given by managers and others
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to write letter on behalf of Senior Managers and some minute taking from meetings
