HEAD OF QUALITY IMPROVEMENT - NORTH EAST - £75k + PACKAGE
 
My client is a large National company and have a new job created in the region for a Head of Quality Improvement. The role itself requires someone to:
 
- Lead, develop and inspire the Quality Improvement Team.
- Take responsibility for a number of internal policies, e.g. Health & Safety, Risk Management and Sustainability.
- To establish and manage a Facilities Management service for the company.
- Define and implement Nationally recognised quality standards for the organisation e.g.ISO 9001.
- The management of staff, business improvement, budgets and culture.
 
The organisation is undergoing a period of transformational change and essentially changing they way they operate and think. All of this is in order to become the benchmark and most innovative company within their sector.
In order to apply for this role it is essential that you have worked in a Senior Managerial position, have large organisation experience and be able not only to embrace change within the company, but to lead others through it.
