1 year Fixed Term Contract – 37 hours per week
Cartrefi Conwy is currently seeking an experienced individual to act as the competent person to assist Cartrefi Conwy in achieving compliance with health and safety legislative requirements. Educated to NEBOSH Diploma standard (or equivalent) and with graduate membership of either IOSH or the IIRSM, you will have an up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and will have experience of working within a Facilities Management or soft services role & CDM Coordination.
In addition, you will have excellent organisational skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Word and Excel and excellent interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written). The successful applicant will also be required to travel throughout the County of Conwy and therefore a full driving licence is essential.
