As the central point of contact for all health and safety issues you will be someone who can motivate people regarding the importance of health and safety. You will provide an on-site consultancy service; carry out risk assessments(including fire), audits, writing and revising policies and procedures, inspections, deliver health and safety briefings and training on subjects including manual handling and fire. The successful candidate will be a Graduate with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, able to work hands on without supervision and have excellent communication skills. It would be beneficial if you are a Member of IOSH. You must have the Nebosh Diploma or equivalent for this position. Company bonuses/profit share. You will have gained previous experience within a similar role, ideally within the chemical industry.
